Tapatalk (or mobile/lightweight forum skin)?

Having trouble getting it to connect. It shows up in the list, and when I click on it it says unable to connect to server contact forum administrator. Anyone else having similar trouble?

Sorry, we don't offer it, and don't have plans to. Decision was made for security reasons.

Only potential security issues

Which is why we don't plan to offer it.

It's probably more of a security risk than anything. A popular forum like this one is at high risk to those who find pleasure in disturbing the lives of others. Our Wiki has been hacked before.

I have to appreciate that we've been mostly free of unwanted intrusions on the forums. That success due no doubt to MetroMPG's good efforts.

I have recently moved, and have no internet. But my mobile phone, has android, and there is a Mustang application on it. I enjoy the forum, but rather miss this group. I highly desire a mobile way to communicate with you all, but I understand security risks. The forum, mustang evolution, does not use tap a talk, or whatever.

Are there other alternatives? I never thought I would say this...

But I would consoder buying an application, it being Ecomodder forum, for mobile communication.

Lack of Tapatalk (or even a lightweight mobile version of the forums!) makes this forum one I visit far less than others.

Sad but true. Maybe the admins will turn it around, I know Tapatalk recently had a big security update.

Sam
