Time to unlurk?

Being drafted into the Ultimate Ecomodder Fuel Economy Challenge means I should probably post stuff.

Well, I have a 2008 Yaris: Manual trans, no power windows or locks. No mods yet (unless a scangauge counts). My typical commute is 6.1 miles each way on mostly residential and city roads. In the morning the traffic is lite and I usually get about 38 mpg. The afternoon is completely different story; heavy traffic means those 6.1 mile can take between 45 and 120 minutes (and 25-27 mpg). Once or twice a week I drive down to the D.C. area. That trip usually gives me 47-52 mpg.
