Burning tires in my country is nowadays more associated with riots, or with drug dealers "necklacing" their rivals. Sometimes, even a tire carcass that doesn't seem fit may still be used on a remoulded tire in Brazil, no wonder remoulded tires are often pointed out as a safety hazard...
