I'd drill a hole and install a hose(maybe a single 3"?) right in the front bumper area on a vertical surface that is already a "barn door" as far as drag is concerned. Shouldn't see any difference in drag that way although I will offer my "not an expert disclaimer".

i made the dashboard into a solar " power generator " which powered my fans, as an expirement.
