In the 7 times I was pulled over, I didn't get a single fine. I always start irrelevant conversation with the officer to try and distract him from writing me a ticket for (insert reason why he pulled me over) I got pulled over by the same officer twice, he asked me why I drive like I do. It turned into a 30 min conversation lol.

My main issue is I work graveyard. So a black Honda civic turning down a No name road that has no street lights, is really suspicious. I don't fault the officers for doing their jobs. It's just annoying.

[Edit]: The one time I did get a ticket, I was doing something wrong haha. I wasn't even in the civic.

Xist, yes. The base cops scan plates and record video with a second smaller set of cameras. They also scan your id and checks the fbi computer for any warrants. They then hold you to contact that jur distraction to see if they want to extradite you. Then they release you to the grounds or transport you. Luckily with budget cuts if you do something in another state, they wont extradite you.

When it comes to regular cops, telling stories that go no where like Baltothewolf or talking about your fetishes is a good idea. I like to tellem I have a secret clearance, work for area 51 and how the white SUV up the road has me under surveillance.

Base cops consider talking a sign of guilt and in many cases purposely give you the stare or look and pause checking your id to see what you do. I gave a blind gentleman a ride to work and he ignored the officer at the gate. We got pulled over and questioned further and I explained he cant see. I think the officer took it personally.

Honestly, I wanted something more like this,

but the officer was cute.

Cobb, I am glad that you seem to enjoy telling the story now, that sounds like a terrible experience.

You are going to need more than some fancy bracelets, a pea shooter, a cattle prod, some pepper spray and a black painted segment of a mop handle to intimidate me.

I make the officer feel awkward so they want to leave.
