Hi Vekke,
Nice picture!
I just wonder why in these two calculations you've changed engine efficiency so much. First is .36 and second one is 0.28 and as far as I recall you've worked on the engine as well to make it run better. So shouldn't that be the other way around?
Just curious...
Anyway I admire you rproject. Your Lupo is not only eco friendly, but just great looking car.

It BSFC map related, check the power need at 100 km/h speed...
Found the big fault calculator did not calculate frontal area rigth if you use . instead of , mark so be careful when doing calculations. Now the estimated fuel consumption is more accurate to real life.

I love that picture, but I think I have seen it before... Remind me how you mounted the wheel covers? Did you use your tuneko plugs for zip ties? If so, how are they holding up? After how many miles?

Vekke, I tried looking at the Tuneko site the other day but couldn't find anywhere to purchase the cable-tie plugs, are they available?

That is basicly new picture I had one similar looking picture where I was standing behind the car...
Those Tunecovers were attached with prototype ziptie plugs. If you fasten them properly they will hold one summer with no problems. Attachement needs to made so that the holes in the plug are at the right places so zipties come directly through the capsel.
Ziptie Plugs price is 1 € per piece plus shipping. Just send me email if you want to order them.

I can see a market (mostly BMWs and ricers in colder climates) for the driver's window with a "bubble" in it. Though not for a mirror, but it would be lower to house the elbow.

Man, this car is awesome. Great project! Love the look as well. Very, very slick. I miss the green transluscent aero discs. Those were sick. Keep it up!
