The missing rear skirts in the snow are because it is a test mule - I don't think they will have a build up with them on. I've been fine with mine in at least three New England winters - or is it now four?

Even if VW produced this car out of steel or aluminum body with current TDI technology it would sell like hot cakes.

As long as they do not load it up with luxory features (eg power seats) and keep it practical they would still sell IMO.

If only they would keep it simple and not load it up with the electronic gadgetry.
