Very cool. I run at 65-70 for most of my daily commute. I'll post results once the weather stays consistently warm so I can make an accurate calculation.

Great to see you guys break down the differences between these ecu's. I've been searching a long time (2 or 3 years now) to find a P07-GO1. I've added the piggyback fuel controller to increase the leanburn output, but a lot of attention is required to stay in leanburn when RPMs approach 2400 as throttle must ramp up to stay in the window.

I've been on the phone with salvage yards in the UK and have given up as it's nearly impossible to communicate with them. If anyone has any links, please shoot me a PM. I drive a lot so I'm willing to pay a bit more than most folk.

I'll definitely post differences - AFR's, leanburn windows, ect once I acquire one. Thanks

It *does* have the PA sensor.

Best way is to go to ebay uk, switch to world-wide results, and save the search with email results. It took me about 8 months this way to get one. Shipping does get expensive though. I've averaged $120 after shipping and fees for mine. I do have 2 though, if you don't want to wait, send me a pm.

yea mine came from germany i believe. it was about 120 with shipping. keep an eye on all europe ebay sites.

Thanks to online translators. I found an ebay german auction and after a little effort communicating with the seller I have acquired one.



Code: 37820-P07-G01 / ATT / 673-200257

----No PA sensor------


Initial leanburn kicks in at same coolant temp, but has a limit of approx 2700 rpm (500 rpm higher than US version)

Full operating temp low load leanburn disables at approx 3200 rpm, high load disables at approx 3000.

Vtec always engages at approx 2600 rpm (US version is more table based and engages later). Not sure if this is good or bad???

Air/fuel in leanburn is approximately the same as US versions at ~23.5 AFR.



The manifold pressure/leanburn window appears to be a little wider as it doesn't come out of leanburn until 95% TPS and goes straight to full rich on my modified setup. She sounds like a diesel with no air filter pulling hills. Wish I had this 3 years ago, the extra leanburn hp will be cherished.

Update: After some seat time I can see exactly what is different from the P07-A00.

*I see now how important the PA sensor is, elevation has a tremendous effect on the lean burn engagement. From 700' above sea level to 4000' above sea level I'm seeing a manifold pressure increase of about 3-4 inHg to stay in the window.

*Low rpm leanburn engagement is moved upwards by 400 rpm

Does anyone know if it is possible to add the PA sensor to the P07-G01 euro ecu's or is it written into the code?

It might be possible, since the LB cars were so low o volume that it wouldn't make sense to have another board design. When I get a chance I'll grab mine and look (since I have 3). Its more than likely a signal modifier in series with the map sensor signal. There is probably a shunt to bypass this part of the circuit.

Update on my setup: switched to the UK unit (from the lithuanian version), feels less aggressive in both timing and LB window. Odd since they are both G02's, but with different IC's.

I'm running 87 fuel, it's difficult to answer with a definitive yes or no at the moment, it seems that there is actually less detonation than there was before with the p07-a00, but then again could it be coincidence with the summer blend of fuel coming in? Seems like a few weeks ago my civic and both odysseys were detonating terribly and now not as bad despite the warmer temps.

It is worth noting as probably has been before, these Euro ecu's DO NOT require any EGR components, whether or not that plays a significant influence on on detonation is one's guess, but a malfunctioning valve/sensor on the US ecu will result in terrible detonation.
