WatchJRGo bought the biggest automotive shop on YouTube for some reason.
I doubt that 270,000 subscribers can fund these shenanigans. He does flip cars, but $1,000 a week wouldn't cover anything with his mortgage.
Two massive buildings and 21 garage doors. What do you think his plan is?

I don't watch his channel, but maybe having a shop is part of his long game, not necessarily youtube related either, but trying to capitalize on it as much as possible.

Jay Leno's Garage is 122,000 square feet, and has over 3,000,000 subscribers.
JR's space is 20,000 square feet.

He shouldn't have!
Pretty much the entire video was him and immature friends doing burnouts inside and in the parking lot.

He hasn't had a real job in a year, just a couple hundred thousand followers on YouTube and flipping cars, but he paid $20,000 down.
He says that it will cost at least $3,500 a month.
He says that he cannot find $300 cars anymore, so they will flip more expensive ones, and add value to the warehouse, in case they need to sell.
Someone commented "Focus on the main building and post frequent updates. Release a Roomba in the other building and post time-lapse videos!
Can you hook up a Roomba to a dumpster? "

Would it be more fun to watch a robot vacuum go out three feet, return and empty, go out six feet, etc., or watch one roam a mostly clean floor?

He pulled weeds around the building, cleaned various things, and as he said in the title, he rebuilt both bathrooms: He was tired of scraping the concrete, so he rented a scraper, and he and his friends spent 18 hours cleaning it up. Then they jacked up some huge steel shelves he had and dragged them into the parking lot.
That left a huge mess and apparently they had already returned the scraper: By the way, Joe Scott has 10k more subscribers than Meet Kevin. I hope the former hits 1m first!
