JR says he is too good for cocaine
He said they cleared out the basement and some other stuff and installed locks, which required drilling holes for the locks.
He said he paid $42,000 for everything, but he could pay $100,000 more to fix up everything. He said he could use an entire pallet of OSB and drywall, which would cost $1,000 each.
This was like one of those updates where I just list what I need to do, without actually accomplishing much.
JR! I expected better of you! Edit! He released another video: He tried to clean up the basement and removed the trim and blinds inside.
The blinds were screwed directly into the window frames!

[not linked] He and his friend discussed their plans for the cabin inside the cabin with terrible acoustics.

They removed the drywall, insulation, and nails, filled up a third dumpster, and picked up the materials to frame and wire new studs:

JR is still working on his cabin and bought another property.
I am hardly paying attention, I am trying to find one of the many school tabs I have open so I can stay in grad school, although on my laptop I pared down hundreds of tabs to just 20 or so. Maybe I will catch up someday.
Maybe it is molybdenum.
