This is the way the Volt ends. Not with a bang but a silly dance number.
This is similar to one of the tactics they used to kill the EV1. The EV1 ads were stark and frightening, here we have the best marketing minds in the US killing the Volt with absurdity: It's really hard to watch...

And the EV1 un-aired commercial is the best one they made for it. No wonder it never aired.
