What kind of EV would it take?

My drive to work one way:
(from google)
28.7 mi – about 42 mins
up to 1hour 8 mins in traffic
miles on the highways & freeways: 22.4
Max Speed: 75Mph
acceptable speed (to not get rear-ended on the freeway) 65mph
AZ summer High temp: 125F
AZ Low Winter night Temp: -15F
(add another 5 miles to turn around if you run into construction [common] or miss your exit or take the wrong one. [common also- people don't move out of the way to let you change lanes])
(Solar pannels would work GREAT in this area. last year we had a whole 10 days of rain at most.)

It would have to be zippy - people here don't let you merge, you have to push the gas and jump in fast. (this took a lot for me to get used to compared to the small town i lived in back east)

make it a 4 seater able to meet these environmental requirements with a max passenger weight of about 350 and I'd be thrilled because it would meet over 90% of my needs.
