So "the UK is pissed" about China's disinformation campaign about covid-19, and the video asks "I had to wonder, though, at what point do we consider that an act of war?"
I'm just asking when we apply that rationale to the US government.

Very true. My father and father-in-law have become much more pessimistic since they retired and started spending hours a day watching FOX. |
