very nice,if money wasn't a issue a light weight motor home that retracts into itself, making a narrow streamlined vehicle with as low CD.When you park it spreads out.Easy to build but expensive parts, most hand machined.

Thanks botsapper and aerohead!

I guess Opera is broken. When I follow the link in Opera I get a blank page and when I reload (having Opened in a background tab) I can see a flash of the Futureliner before it goes blank again.

So I opened it in Safari and was able to see it. I wouldn't have tried absent aerohead's endorsement.

kach22i, that vixen looks best when pictured over the black coroplast
As for the original question I can't offer much, as I will always be a Tow Vehicle/trailer kind of guy.
I can build the lowest floor with one of those. Low floor = low height and frontal area.

Notice how the rear bumper is notched out to clear the door? Everything below the rocker panel is the plumbing drain or drain pipe storage.

--Admitted on page eight--

More like 'Are you still dragging around that ball-and-chain?' I'm really tempted to jack it up, drop the front sub-frame out and put a temporary tongue and hitch ball on it and scrap the rest.

Behind a rusted out pickup truck body, it would make a kick-@ss bobber truck. See also the reverse trike motorhome in the above post.

Too bad that Cortez is so rough. I have the *perfect* engine for it here, an Isuzu 4BD1T 3.9 turbo diesel. build an adapter and viola, a few more MPGs.
