My last name is Murphy, and practically every thing I have is blue.
Except body parts.

I don't play World of Warcraft. Is Xist a character in the game?

It was the name we came up with for our academic decathlon team in high school. While it described all of us then, it still fits my personality so I still use it. Plus its always available.

My wife's family had the habit of constructing a word from the letters of any license plate they saw, the more appropriate the better.
I bought a red Insight, and somehow I found the headlights looked mean. The license plate has the letters S T N on it, but rather than adding two A's in between I just call it the Red Devil.
It was a bit silly to use it as a user name instead of just for the car. I have no satanic tendencies.
Thought of just using Bart with Bart Simpson as my avatar, but that would be rude to my parents and my sister is not much smarter than I am.
Some people almost fear me for my sense of humor. Maybe not that inappropriate
Bart

You might think it is my name, however, both my cars are Japanese and Toyota's are usually known as efficient so J and the abbreviation of efficient: eff make Jeff.
It's nothing like that, really. It's my name and birth year. I guess I'm on the boring list. I just wish I had something cool like a Banana tree or something...

"Press Enter []" is the title of a short story by John Varley from the early '80s. A bit dated, but still one of my all time favorites. The brackets indicate an old style block cursor.

Username? Me?
This dates back to original account names. In 1997 I was setting up an AOL account. Every screen name I came up with with my name was taken. I had just gotten new Hawaii license plates for my truck... GNR782. I wasn't taken and never is. I've been using that as a login for 16 years. I still have the plates in my garage. The truck as since been sold.
