Looks not retractable to me, but just two small fixed wheels.

" It has 4 wheels, two motorcycle wheels and two small outrigger wheels one on each wing. The outrigger wheels provide balance for the vehicle while it is at rest or while in a turn."

"Only one of the two outrigger tires touches the ground at a time. Because of this it is considered a 3 wheeled vehicle and is normally licensed as a motorcycle."

But in this picture I could say 4 wheels are touching the ground. Or not???

I wonder if the took the glass from retired jet planes.

The windshield and canopy was purpose-built.The owner's association went in together, with $10,000 to pay for tooling to create replacement windshields,at $1,000 a piece.

Had it been fitted with some range-extender, I guess it could serve me right even to go take some days off with some cousins who live near the border with Uruguay
