Taking more time than I antipated. I need to find a heat source for shaping. Maybe I'll use a butane torch.
But to be honest, the hardest part is gonna be getting it to look good. I'd hate to settle for an ugly set up...
Buy a heat gun from tool section at Wall Mart. Its like a blow dryer on steroids.
Then coat the coroplast with fiberglass and sand and paint. That might make it look more finished for you.

Yea right now I have a sheet of unknown plastic that I got at a yard sale for 1$. Its more flimsy than I had thought. I'll praly just go to a sign shop and buy a sheet of coroplast. Another reason for this is so I can cut wings out of the skirt to fold in behind the wheel well that will eventually mate up to the belly pan
