Yaris Short Ram/Cold Air Intake

I just installed an aFe Power Stage 2 air intake (short ram with heat shield) and just on my commute to work I noticed my 60 mph cruising MPG went from around 40 mpg avg to about 44 mpg avg. Plus, it seems that my acceleration mpg went up, though it's hard to tell. FYI I shift around 3000 rpm, so by no means do I attempt to maximize FE when accelerating. I keep an eye on my numbers to get a better idea of the improvement. PS it does seem like power has increased too.

I didn't need to do ABA testing for my cold air induction. It made it worse lol

I am surprised to see an improvement. Look forward to the ABA testing,

I'll try if I get some time and the weather warms up. It was not fun working in 37° and raining. But Minnesota is refusing to warm up, the snow just melted and it's nearly summer. Plus I'm working on grill blocks, once I get those done I'll try to do A-B-A on those, too.

Any updates about the results? I have a 01 Toyota Echo that has the same engine as the Yaris and would like to get a intake kit myself.
