Forgot to mention this, while test driving my aero modded Datsun B210 last night I passed a local restaurant. The bus boy is standing there with his white apron on and he sees my weird looking car coming. He puts his hand up to his forhead in the shape of an "L". I had to laugh out loud.

I guess I'm the real deal now.

But stopping to beat him up would lower your Tank, wouldn't it? Never brake or suddenly slow if you don't have to...

And running him over with the car would ruin your Aero, so that's out-the same applies to giving him a piece of your mind, which would involve opening the windows. That means shooting him is out too...

You could gesture back at him I suppose-but your windows are probably tinted too dark for him to see you properly. Saves on AC though...

The power lost from using your horn to express your defiance would be fairly undetectable though, so I guess that's your best solution.

...and the above is how you know you're an Ecomodder!

Someone posts the following picture:

And your joke comment is:

Wow, you're all so pretty, especially the one in beautiful blue. She's so smooth, with all those pretty curves, just the right size... And those nice headlights that smoothly blend into the curves, so aerodynamic... I would sure like to spend some time with her if I could...

Wait a minute, what was I talking about again? Oh that's right, poor old General Motors just couldn't match a sexy masterpiece of Japanese engineering. And the rumors seem to be right - the drivers are sexy, too!

And I just realized that they're all skinny to reduce weight and the one on the right shaves (or waxes) her legs to reduce A/C use. They're some of the prettiest hypermilers I know!

when you explain to the car inspector "the reason for holes in the sealed body channels is to disperse ulralight gases because it is a byproduct of 48 mpg, 10% ethanol fuels, possibly recreating hho with a bang from system grounds low voltly bleeding from night time dew point crossings onto the density I have welded...my cars has been hit 3 times by lightning in 12 years, and I randomly find perfectly torched holes, ready to weld again, in bizarre rust free places. Lets talk the real 48 mpg sometime..ys know, the 20+ year old version. it is a revelation to the new."

True Story. I still need a sticker.

you know you're an ecomodder, when your cars mileage is high it gets hit by acts of god.

when you ask how much your wife weighs while doing a test run and then ask here to hold the steering wheel and hand you your RPN scientific calculator.

when you ask your wife to keep a look out for any type of flag to check wind direction and make notes of the direction its blowing.

when your wife asks you why you bought a convertible but never run with the top down, and your response is your kidding aren't you?
