Finally finished the internal ducting for the air curtain. Tuft testing coming soon.

Stay tuned.

I can’t see any major difference. Is any air flowing through the duct?

Indeed, not much difference. I believe the angle of incidence of the exhaust might play a bigger role than expected, thus negating any improvement. I will look into it.

Just so you know, the Left video has the air curtain inlet open.

I think it is quite likely that there would be no airflow into that inlet. Measuring pressures at each of the duct would quickly show how much airflow would be occurring.

I would be inclined to agree with Julian here, but you could also tuft test the inlet instead of pressure tests. Pressure testing is better but not essential

It is possible, though unlikely that you could be getting reversed flow.

Tuft testing will tell you airflow direction, but pressure testing will tell you airflow amount. Pressure testing will also tell you the results of small changes, eg I'd guess that adding a vertical forward projection to the outside edge of the opening would increase the pressure at the mouth of the duct.
