A few years ago I saw a split-seat setup that turned into a bed, meant to be used in day-cab trucks.

It was one small part of a bigger study to see if a test setup worked.
(Spoiler - It didn't) The professor she worked under specializes in occupational vibrations.

Sensorless testing.
Not a box van but still sorta on-topic — Youtube offered up a Kirsten Dirksen video. I don't know if you follow her but mostly she does tiny houses.
Coroplast, and kill switch/starter/roll of duct tape all on the gearshift lever. What's his Ecomodder handle?

We're replacing the tail light bulbs soon, maybe tomorrow, at very least considering going LED-drop-in-replacements instead of incandescent, but of course that means replacing the flashers.
Then the wheels to aluminum shortly thereafter.
Got the leaky brake line fixed. It's good to have a driveable vehicle now. Belts soon too, maybe tomorrow.

Truck wheels are made from one of two metals: steel or aluminum. Today, new advancements in lighter-weight steel wheels are clouding what was, traditionally, a clear choice.
The great debate: aluminum vs. steel wheels

Some of the high strength steel wheels are lighter than aluminum and stronger as well.

If you can provide a link to details that would back this up for wheels suitable for this truck (10 bolt 22.5 are currently on it..), and it's a GVWR 26,000lbs... I would like to see that, but I haven't seen any evidence that would back this up for this class yet. I get an impression that what's in the linked article is just saying that the lighter weight steel wheels from maxion are just lighter than common steel wheels, while not yet as light as aluminum.
