Comprehensive list of aerodynamic pickup caps/aeroshells on EcoModder (& elsewhere)

JacobAziza has just posted a really good blog post giving an overview of the benefits of pickup truck bed streamlining, and documenting the projects of numerous EcoModder members:

EcoModder Blog post: Aerocaps for pick-up trucks

He ends saying he may have missed some members' projects, which got me wondering if we could keep a master list. (I could use this list to update the blog post as well. That post is destined to get lots of readers.)

If you've got an aero cap project in the forum here, maybe you could link to this thread (or to the blog post) from post#1 in your thread, so readers could find these other projects.

Here they are:

1) 1994 Toyota T-100 - Phil Knox (aerohead)
2) 1962 Dodge D-100 - Phil Knox (aerohead)
3) Ford F-150 - Brett Herndon (bondo) "Aerolid"
4) 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT diesel - SkyKing’s aeroshell/boat tail “Woody”
5) 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab SLT - t_vago

7) 2006 GMC Canyon crew cab - JRMichler
8) 2002 Ford F250 - JRMichler's brother
9) 2001 Ford F250 Lariat Crew Cab Superduty- Bajascoob
10) 2009 GMC Sierra ext cab - swede
11) 1992 Toyota truck - kevlar

Fixed!

Part of my brain knew they weren't still selling them in 2010 as I entered that, but I saw "2010" in your fuel log link and entered that by mistake anyway.

My rubber apparition was shaped a lot like bajascoob's light weight.

It gained me 1.5 MPG over a flat tonneau and 3.0 MPG over an open bed.

Here's a design that I modeled in SketchUp that could be made using foam ribs cut to form the shape (like t_vago):

You put me in the photo montage (which is awesome btw), but you didn't mention me in the list.
There isn't really a good forum post on it, the most concise and comprehensive of it is in the blog post itself
