How are you planning on adhering the coro disc to the wheel cover?

Just a guess, but I'd do pop rivets with backup washers on the plastic side.

Would you tape the holes in the rim to prevent buildup from dirt and water coming from the back?
I had a foil over my wheel covers for 2 weeks, and in that time a lot of sand, water and even some stones found their way through the holes to get lodged between the rim and the wheel cover...
I am thinking about using sheet aluminum to cover my rims.
Then I'll cover the holes with black duct tape; two circles on each side of the rim so they'll adhere to each other through the holes. Just a thought

If the coroplast overlaps the edge of the rim and is restrained toward the center, [centrifugal force]/[angular momentum] should eject anything with any weight through a temporary gap.

Well I had small pebbles between the rim edge and the wheel cover, and lots of dirty sand between the wheel cover and the foil which made it look nasty.
It could only have gotten there through the holes in the rim.
None of it seemed about to free itself in any way.

I'm just using stainless screws:
I'll have to remove the discs at least 2x/yr to change wheels, so there will be opportunities to check for debris & clean.

Minor damage to the snow plow!
Not surprisingly, this air dam is a bit too low for the amount of snow we've had this winter:
The problem isn't the snow itself -- once the plow has gone by, it's fine. Even the loose snow around the edges is OK.
No, the problem is the frozen snuds that fall off other people's cars and litter the roadways. They're often 5-6" high.
One impact popped a couple of screws and tore the fastening "tab" I made that wraps around to the inside of the wheel arch on the bumper cover (the tab with the 2 screws through it):
Nothing serious. Duct tape to the rescue.
But I'll have to be more careful about the snuds.
Also, I will have good practice/reflexes for driving a low-slung supercar. For when I buy a supercar!
