Keep in mind that this test cap is only fer aerodynamic testing. Not moving on to a security aero cap until much later (if at all). One of my key goals is to make it so I can take it apart fairly easily...maybe 4 pieces (2 sides, top, and front support rail) plus the bolts/pins that keeps it all together.

Maybe I could have the completed shell parts Line-X'd fer a secure layer...

Where abouts in Texas are you at?
