Thanks for including me, but all I've got is an MGR sitting on the bench.

...and a Dylan-esque 'head full of ideas that are driving me insane.'

I would grab a minivan rear axle to drop weight. Many Chrysler/Dodge vans were 5 on 4.5" bolt circle and the van leaf springs might even land on the frame without modification.

Never thought of a mini van axel. That would drop wait and give me rear disc brakes too.

I really can't speak for other makes of minivans, but I do know that the Ford Freestar and the mercury montery have the 5x4.5" bolt pattern and has disc brakes.

They made them from 2004-2007

New wheels. Brings tires out to edge of the fender. Also messing around with a wood crate bed. Not liking it so far.

Agreed. maybe it's the angle but it looks like you might need to roll the lip a bit.

Here're two pickup truck designs:

I have a friend who, last century, built an egg-shaped shell on a custom flatbed with curved sides. The first one applies the concept to a pickup cap.

The second one is a grab bag. Half-tonneau cover, vertical stacks that are Coanda nozzles, and a single wheel trailer that folds down off the back bumper.

Do you have a clever name yet?

Consider Bill says he has received death threats, grief may be an understatement.

No clever names yet. If anyone has a suggestion let me know. Death threats is a bit crazy. People don't know how to just disagree with an idea. They try to force you to agree with them. Lord help us.
