Göteborg in Sweden, the home town of Volvo.

It was a pleasant spot as I normally don't drive home that way.

Two years ago I was driving to Stockholm and spotted a prototype Scania.

Not so far away from where I live Volvo has their testing grounds, so every now and again I get lucky and see prototypes on trailers or being driven.

It is quite confusing with the Fusion, as what you are refering to I know as a Mondeo, and what I know as a Fusion, I don't think was ever sold in the US.

Just a mid-sized Ford coupe/saloon.

EPA engine testing center on north side of town, we get to see all sorts of automobiles coming and going.

Plus three car magazines in town always with the latest.

A super expensive Rolls Royce Sweptail looks to be aerodynamically interesting:

Would the sharp edges on the trailing edg of the C pillar cause turbulent separation? Shouldn't this be a smooth transition (radiused)like the bottom of a winglet on the tip of a wing?

Looks like some one at Rolls Royce has been reading the

Hey that's one of the sketches I've done.

I just about flipped that design upside down to get down-force, was afraid it would fly off the road being so wing like.

Here's one from another forum.

Hey, does anyone else see a similarity?

These cars below are models, but interesting models.

Agreed, it was just that's it's a Rolls. I try to resist getting sucked back into the Pelican Parts thread. It's a half-day every time; I was just trying to short-circuit that process.

Those are sweet. When they can 3D print whole car bodies on demand, they can print bronze hinge inserts and faux rivet heads as needed. Meanwhile, at 1/43rd:

It looks like an all-glass roof between the sheet metal. If so,they may have made cost concessions for a one-off concept, staying away from extremely expensive compound,3-way curves, necessary for a proper Jaray greenhouse.
