One year at band camp the Oregon Country Fair I saw a VW crew-cab (dokka) with a fastback roof from a ~1950 Packard or Nash Aeroflyte graft on the back.

I don't watch much TV ever, but I was at some friends' house when this was on American Pickers:

P-38 tank with internal ducts for the air cooling. Complete Indian drivetrain. Needs better brackets on the [non-Indian] cycle fenders.

I like the shape of that collar that transitions the seat into the hood.

Despite the pan already kind of flat and smooth compared to other vehicles and that lowering this might have been more effective at getting a smaller "A"in CdA, I have to admire this effort.

It's been a while. I see they've added cars for sale and posters in the right sidebar.

Now we see where Audi got the design feature for the R8.

aerohead/Morelli approved hood vents

freebeard approved backlight. Plexiglass probably bent onto the bubble form.

Untitled Document

"Jocko [Johnsons]'s Mercedes Benz Roadster"

So It's not a gull-wing coupe? The proportions look more like a Cheetah than the 300SL coupe.

* Looks like you can see daylight, looking 'in' behind the front wheels, where naughty bits would reside if she were real.
* And the background grass is way out of proportion in scale, suggesting a model car.
* Glazings are opaque. If real, we'd see some interior detail of the cabin.
Wheels look out of focus and cartoon-ish.
* Nice model making though.
* The JOCKO dragster is real. I have photos of it competing.

What interesting about that Miata top is that it appears to be a fiberglass top with an added fillet.
