DOT-ready XL Sport
If the DOT/NHTSA requires mirrors,we might be looking at Cd 0.267.

JAPAN_OTHER JAPAN OTHER | 1990 | RED | 46,000*km | details.- Japanese used cars.Goo-net Exchange
This weirdo Zagato Nissan from Japan doesn't look overall very aero, but it has two interesting features.
There rearview mirrors are faired into the fenders in those ungainly humps.
The wheels are decently aero. They might have even been better if they actually curved those NACA ducts to follow the actual rotation of the wheel.

Back when we were forming and messing with them for engine inlets on the airbus, the critical area was the inlet and taper ratios. Everything else was a dont care.
That one looks mounted backwards.

The ducts are pointed opposite to NACA ducts.
If anything, they suck air out from the wheel.
The air coming out of the hole would follow the narrowing duct, moving outwards through centrifugal forces (e.g. go straight on a circular plane). Just like the duct.
If only the air around the car was moving along at the same speed as to not disrupt this effect...
Chances are the ducts were meant to be like NACA ducts but the wheel covers got swapped left and right?
