After browsing this forum, I found someone who posted a link to this stuff.
http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Colore...-Ft,31414.html
For $65 with the shipping, it's a bit much, but I picked up a roll a couple weeks ago anyway for belly pan material. I haven't done anything with it yet. It seems like a good material for the job except the original belly pan mounting holes are a bit wider than 24" apart (nothing aluminum bars can't fix).
EDIT: fixed link now that I have 5 posts.

Colored Plastic Rolls, 25 Ft.
That sounds like what I have used (and linked multiple times), except I think mine was $20.

More than likely was you. I saw the link to the material in 10ft length, then saw they carried 25ft for a better value.. I couldn't say no lol.
lmfao it won't let me quote a link either. That's alright though, I'm over 5 posts now

How big is your bumper?!
I still have most of mine left, probably not enough for a second bumper, but I keep planning on laminating a second layer on the back to make it more rigid.

I bought it to use as under-body paneling, not as an air dam. I was suggesting cowmeat might give it a shot for an under-body panel material that's durable and light weight.
For my grill block, I used clear .080 acrylic and heat gunned it to the (2D) contour of the front bumper, trimmed the piece to size on the band saw, and backed it with a small aluminum bracket I made on the mill. Engine reaches temp a heck of a lot quicker like that.

Nice stuff, but a little pricey for me. I think I'll use pallet liners again on Run Burgundy's belly pan. If one of them takes a hit, I can replace that piece without having to replace a large section

Ron Burgundy is easily the most beautiful Insight I've seen.

Thanks! I have to agree, it's the coolest one I've ever seen (in person)
Well, other than the fact that it's currently covered with lake bugs, or blind mosquitoes or whatever they're actually called. I went around the lake the other night on my way home and hit a cloud of them so dense I had to slow down to a dead crawl cause I couldn't see a thing

Busy car weekend!
Got the low beams working again, I'm pretty pumped about that! It turned out that the snap plug was too bad to be fixed, so I bought the plug with wires and a lower column housing from a guy on IC, and installed it this weekend. So far so good, but I'll need to re-aim the head lights when I'm sure they'll continue to work.
I also re-installed the OEM side view mirrors. I'm going to send my custom tiny ones to Daox so he can re-fab something even cooler off his 3D printer. While I had the door skins off I re-adjusted the door poppers, both are working perfectly now.
I also discharged the IMA (down to 40V) and grid charged it. It lasted about 4 months last time before I had the first force-charge, not bad!
