Hey Paul,
Just a couple of the 500 amp ReVolt controller links were broken for Rev.C & Rev.D in the wiki. I added some reference links to my file server making those broken links accessible again.
When ever you get your AC controller and 1000 amp DC controller data ready I can update the wiki with your new files.

Thread not abandoned. I'm just waiting on our house to close before I buy a few replacement parts for the prototype. It will close by Nov 9th, and hopefully sooner.

MOSFETs are decent in controller up to 156 volts, anything above that you need IGBTs to handle the higher voltage

I'm waiting to see some updates!
I just picked up an Azure Dynamics AC24LS with transmission, and I currently have a Solectria ACgtx20 and very soon I get to actually building my inverter. I picked up two wicked nice heat sinks and I might get my hands on a Solectria inverter to play with.

We're moving in a few weeks, and I'll get working on it again once we're moved, and I get a workshop built. It shouldn't take too long.

I'll be waiting 
I was just given a car load of Solectria AMC and UMOC inverters to repair, so these next couple of week's I'll be learning tons that I can implement into my own inverter! Especially things NOT to do, like use wires to connect to the IGBT gates.... |

I think Jack Rickard got a bunch of them for resale. He also has the controllers but there is not software to input the instructions. Any made any progress on that?

I was going back through this picture and it the process of finding out which was better when came across this video:
Can somebody tell if and why the Pickit 3 would be better than Pickit 2. Thanks. |

If your programming software supports either programmer for the mcu of choice, there really isn't a whole lot of difference. Clearly if you want to use an mcu unsupported by PICKIT 2 (say pic10F322), the pickit 3 is better, likewise the pickit 2 is better for some of the really old mcu's that have been dropped from pickit 3 support. I did pick up a PICKIT 2 when my PICKIT 3 somehow became corrupted (to program a fresh copy of the PICKIT 3 firmware to it).
