Is there a reason you are using Rev 2D? Most people use Rev 2C and most of the available documentation is for 2C. I think Rev 2D was a special purpose version and I'm not sure it was ever fully developed.

Ya, 2D was something they made in Australia I think. I don't really know much about it.

Only reason was, that i found for Rev2D Scheme, that looks complete and usefull to some modifications. But if most people use 2C i will start with this, but i still have the same problem. Every link i've found on web for 2C is broken :-(

I am building a battery pack made of 36 cells in series, nominal is 3.7 per cell but when fully charged at 4.15 as per the spec sheet, I am getting around 150 volts total output. Will the controller be ok with this voltage? I don't want to risk making the final connection. I understand it is rated at 144v and I don't want to damage it. Any advice on this is really appreciated.

My lead pack was above 150 volts just off the charger. No problem ,I think it is the caps that are at risk because they are rated at 200 volts and a spike might go over that.

A couple months ago I got one of Pauls beta boards and soldered it up. It's been tough finding time to work on the controller but it is slowly getting done. I thought I would post some pictures of the progress. The plan is to put as much as possible inside the controller like the main contactor, precharge contactor, and a few other items like a board to monitor the motor and battery voltage. At the end I decided to include a controller for a coolant pump as well.

NOTE: Apparently I cannot post images in forum until I have at least 5 posts. I think this is only my second post.

I was able to upload images of the controller to my ecomodder profile. There is an album called Open Revolt where you can see the controller base plate with all of the components.
