Gosh, to do that to a Morgan, I'd have resurrected the Weyman body. Wooden frame, two layers of canvas, and paint, with padding between the layers to fill out the shape.

I myself would have used CECONITE instead of canvas.

Be careful - your girlfriend might go for a spandex print with clear-coat. :-)

But it doesn't look so bad at all, even though that canvas sunroof makes it look less fluid than a seamless all-metal top would.
