I gave my attention to Mr. Randall Carlson: Here Be Dragons but I'll have to cut it off at half-time.

So far -- the Cathedral building ended with the onset of the Little Ice Age. The shift from interglacial to glacial conditions happens over 3-5 years.

It certainly lacked the necessary repetition to drive home what The Lie is. I get why though, because it's complicated, requiring almost an hour of explanation (not to mention assumptions about baseline knowledge about many other things).

Equity is the authoritarian lie en vogue.

The lie is that since we're blank slates, any unidentical outcome is the result of oppressive institutions. In the past, we'd take up our grievances of unfairness with God Almighty, but since god's dead, we complain to our omniscient and benevolent congressfolk.

I embellished some portion of that, but Rudyard (and SA) would approve.
