It sold for $65,000 on 6/5/2020 (and I thought it was too much).
They fixed it up and tried to sell it for $215,000 on 7/12/2021, then $199,000, then $185,000, removed it, sold it for $175,800 on 4/5/2022, and then the buyer posted it for sale on 9/27/2023 for $209,000, and reduced it to $195,000 yesterday.
Nobody added onto it, it is still 520 square feet, and they are asking $375 per square foot!
"Large back yard with potential to add one or another unit, zoned downtown commercial, run a business or continue as a home or AirBNB."
They use it as an AirBnB?!
"The City of Show Low just installed new sidewalks and paved parking."
It looks nice.
"Fully fenced pat friendly yard."
"[C]urrently used as a vacation rental."
"Don't let this opportunity pass to own a rare find in Downtown Show Low."
It has been for sale 3 times in 3 years.
Owners have been trying to sell it for 284 days out of the last 1,226 days!
It took the original owner 7 months to sell it, but it was a dump.
It looks nice now, it is just horribly overpriced!

This isn't ideal, but it is 102% larger, for 28% more ($238 price/sqft):

This one looks okay, 1,253 square feet for $279,900 (the second one is 1,050 square feet for $250,000), $223 per square foot. It would greatly benefit from a garage with a second bathroom:

Then there is this sprawling estate, the first one with two bathrooms, 1,482 square feet for $324,000 ($219 per square foot):

Still no garage and a gravel driveway doesn't sound great in snow country.
