Listened to the whole thing. Didn't realize the fridge was a modern design.

I kinda think all fridges are poorly design. Mine has the ice maker in the door of the fridge; the place that doesn't freeze. Just a dumb idea.

I'm not thrilled by the red color. Reminds me that when I was growing up in the 1950s, the refrigerator had a rattle-can copper paint job.

Everything else [painted] in the room is Slate Blue. Maybe I will redo it in camo. ....or L351 Koral Rot

edit:
It's been a while since I visited Encyolorpedia. Here's their page for Paint Color Matching and Converter. 'Use the color picker to compare and convert paint colors across brands or select a paint brand for dedicated paint brand matching'.

Refrigerators are poorly designed. DC ones designed for vehicles and off-grid do a much better job. This is what I purchased for the Ambo - RV project. It uses about 0.25 kWh per day.

My cheapo 7cu/ft chest freezer is averaging 0.5 kWh/day. My french door Kenmore fridge is averaging 2.13 kWh/day.

I've got one of those that fits behind the back seat of the Superbeetle. Piezoelectric rather than compressor, though.

The smurf house is for sale again! :D

It sold for $65,000 on 6/5/2020 (and I thought it was too much).
They fixed it up and tried to sell it for $215,000 on 7/12/2021, then $199,000, then $185,000, removed it, sold it for $175,800 on 4/5/2022, and then the buyer posted it for sale on 9/27/2023 for $209,000, and reduced it to $195,000 yesterday.

Nobody added onto it, it is still 520 square feet, and they are asking $375 per square foot!

"Large back yard with potential to add one or another unit, zoned downtown commercial, run a business or continue as a home or AirBNB."
They use it as an AirBnB?!
"The City of Show Low just installed new sidewalks and paved parking."
It looks nice.
"Fully fenced pat friendly yard."

"[C]urrently used as a vacation rental."
"Don't let this opportunity pass to own a rare find in Downtown Show Low."

It has been for sale 3 times in 3 years.
Owners have been trying to sell it for 284 days out of the last 1,226 days!
It took the original owner 7 months to sell it, but it was a dump.
It looks nice now, it is just horribly overpriced! https://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sale/8410334_zpid

This isn't ideal, but it is 102% larger, for 28% more ($238 price/sqft): https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1.../8410354_zpid/

This one looks okay, 1,253 square feet for $279,900 (the second one is 1,050 square feet for $250,000), $223 per square foot. It would greatly benefit from a garage with a second bathroom: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/4.../8410437_zpid/

Then there is this sprawling estate, the first one with two bathrooms, 1,482 square feet for $324,000 ($219 per square foot): https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/5.../8410084_zpid/

Still no garage and a gravel driveway doesn't sound great in snow country.
