144V Upgrade!

The Electro-Metro is now 144 volt!

Thanks to Paul, and all of his hard work on the Open Source controller, I am now test-piloting 144 volts!

I still need to figure out battery charging in this configuration, and am taking things slow to test it all out, but this is getting to be a FUN (and Ecofriendly) car!

Now I will have to make YouTube Videos of me doing burn-outs.....

Oh - and you might want to look into a brush timing adjustment. It won't be optimized at 144v if it was set for 48 or 72.

The weird thing was that the controller freaked out just from turning the car off then on in a parking lot.

It seemed to handle burn-outs and 65+mph just fine!

That is awesome, when I get around to doing a conversion in a couple of years I'm definitely gonna have to use pauls controller design.
