Blah, bad news. I cracked the bellhousing. I was inspecting the transmission before putting it in today and found this.

I must say I'm tempted to slap some JB weld in it and call it a day. However, taking it all apart and brazing it would be a much better solution. Any thoughts?

The way grid charging generally behaves is this: When the battery cells start getting full, voltage rise slows, then halts. Over the next several hours, you'll actually see voltage begin to drop, because as the batteries warm up from overcharging, their internal resistance rises. I recommend charging for at least 3-4 hours after you see voltage begin to drop, to ensure that all of the cells hit full. A very slow overcharge does little harm to them, while not charging them long enough makes grid charging pointless as you don't achieve cell balance.
