Cowinky dink!
I just finished (literally finished, drove home, walked in my door and got some water, took my gross dirty shirt off, and am here) my build. Will be updating my thread soon, although it is the best I've ever done, it doesn't look as good as yours.

Sorry for the delay, I figured for sure it would get deleted if I wrote it out, so I did it in a GMail draft and then copied and pasted. Now I need to figure out how to do my blades (diffusers?). I am thinking to put a plate in the space between the rear diffuser, and the rear of the underbody, and build it off of that.

Another best commute home from work
37.5mpg
Traffic was really light. So I could eoc longer than usual without the risk of holding up traffic

Can you describe your daily commute? Length? Hwy/city?

Elevation maps!
17.8 miles total commute
73% is highway
27% is city
531 foot elevation change downhill
I found this nifty “elevation map.” Green is higher elevation….yellowish orange is lower elevation.
https://maps.google.com/gallery/deta...dwlM4QzE&hl=en
As you can see, my total net elevation starts in Green then gradually drops to orange, so I get to eoc most of the way home
Also, one my longest EOC stretches is the transition from Yellow to Orange, which means a big elevation drop. Pretty much all of eoc's correspond with elevation drops.

That is probably the most detailed route description I've ever seen.

underbelly Tray v 2.0 making progress...
Mounting the coroplast tray to the frame.
Cutting out slots, these will be wedged between the oem sideskirt and the chassis
Drilled holes into the middle cross bar. I used speed nuts as I will not be able to reach behind the bar
Lining up the holes
Finished product!
Added the a piece of coroplast to connect the front tray to the middle tray
View from the front, looking back
Next up:
Add aluminum flashing down the middle
Attach rear under tray
Attach rear diffuser

Looks great. My next build will be coroplast- more to come when I have enough time to vent (no pun intended).

If you don't mind me asking, where do you get those things you pull your car up onto? I have been dying for something like that, that enables me to get under my car without being under a car that's been jacked up. Also, that front end is amazing looking :P. I can't believe even with a grill block you still kept it 'styleish'!
