I got the ramps at my local auto store O'reilly auto parts. Im sure you can find them at any auto parts store.

Thanks for the compliment on the grill block. Since it is the first thing that everybody sees, i spent the most time on it to make it look "presentable." The "tuner - wrx/sti" crowd is very "form over function," so i want to be able to prove that "form = function" .

I also want to avoid drawing unwanted "WTF" looks of other subie owners that drive by or i run into on the street. Then i have to explain to them its for eco-modding...then they go into the whole "why did you buy an sti for mpg" yadda yadda yadda...conversation.

I'll have to get me some soon, as I plan on doing an underbelly pan to the HX.

Where do you get your coroplast? And how much does it cost? I don't make a lot of money so I have to go with what's cheap :P.

I hate people that think that just because it's a performance car, doesn't mean you can't drive it around for mpg when your not slammin and jammin. I drive my dad insane when he rides in the Mustang with me and I do 55 on the highway. I simply tell him "It's my car and I drive it how I like" :P.

There is a local supplier in orange county, ca (paragon plastics) that carries coroplast.

$20 for white 4mm 4'x8' sheet. I got 6mm this time and it cost $30 per sheet. In retrospect, 4mm is perfectly fine.

You might be able to do a google search on some local distributors.

Some updates: achieved my best commute TO work at 31.1mpg....typically average 29.7mpg.

That's a 4.6% improvement!

underbelly Tray v 2.0 making progress...Rear Tray finished!

Finished up the rear portion of the undertray today.

I slightly modified the rear cross member because it was jutting down 1/4"

I found a piece of left over flat aluminum bar and replaced the bottom piece...its more flat now

I attached the undertray to the rear lower control arm so that it flexes with the suspension

more progress

making cutouts for the exhaust

Almost done

Finished product! The rear undertray angle turned out to be exactly 10*

One slight problem, the revised rear cross member is now a bit too thin, so its sagging under its own weight....will need to support it somehow.
Im thinking using a hose clamp and wrap it around the exhaust and the rear cross member

Next up:
Rear diffuser
Finish Front undertray
Front tire "canoes"

Whats wrong with your undertray?

How are your hose clamps holding up? i'm thinking of stealing your idea to fix my "sagging rear crossmember.'

Don't rely on them. Don't rely on them.

My issue was the rigidity of the design, combined with the incorporation of the suspension in the build. It may be safe, but the violent shaking of aluminum since that breakdown has repurposed it to <50 mph, for short trips until the rebuild.
