2016 Volt review / first drive
GCR has posted a first drive report of the 2016 Volt, and they're calling it a "home run", with many meaningful improvements over the 1st gen.
2016 Chevrolet Volt First Drive: Plug-In Hybrid Home Run
Their conclusion: the biggest challenge the car still faces is how to market it to a general public that doesn't understand regular hybrids, much less PHEV's.

did they tape the lower grille ?
Turns out it's a factory grille-block with some not-so-fortunate surface detail that makes it look pretty crappy
