Cool 2.3L Ford Ranger - MPG Mods

I'm looking for small dia. headers for 2.3L Ford Ranger - what make/model for MPGs are you using? Also whats the rest of the exhaust like? I already installed a fantastic ignition system for cleaner burn - K&N for free flowing clean air

Will post link when my post count passes 5...

I don't have any exhaust modifications. Don't know about headers. I just did aero. When everything was up, I was getting 60mpg at 55mph. Here's my picasa album.
