If you want hardfilled mounts, just get a set from Ebay. They're all urethane, and all cause just as much vibration. I've had experience with expensive right down to free, and they all pretty much have the same performance.

I went ahead and bought the Energy engine and transmission inserts. When I put this engine in, I'll give a review on them.

I want to hear your review of the engine.
Got the P2J oil pump in from Japan via Singapore ( AutoDynamics International - Honda Acura Parts & Accessories Division). Also ordered honda gasket sets, but they are hung up in customs in Alaska. :/ Hopefully they will be cleared today(fingers crossed).

Lawl, I see what you did there __^
I will give my review of the engine once it is in. I'm waiting on the odometer to trip 200,000 before I put it in (currently at 198,167).
The inserts look solid and the total bushing kit looks promising on getting the squeaks out of the car.

squeaks @ 200K? nahh. I'm replacing lower control arms, just back to fresh stock.

Yeah my suspension is totally stock.
Started putting in the new bushings today. Kind of hit a road block though. I need to find a shop with a hydraulic press.

Cool project(s) I couldn't find the civic i was looking for so this might be an option in the future for me. Definitely A lot of work and cash layout though. I think i would shell out for the pre-made harness(wiring yuck!). cheers-gw

So my gf blew a head gasket so I bought her another engine (d15b2) from Attarco in San Fransisco. They ended up sending me a jdm d15b bottom with a b2 head. Had to do a little wire modification. I also ended up using the energy engine mount inserts on this swap and they make the world of a difference.
Her car puts more power down to the ground than it di before and it actually increased mpg since the engine/transmission is not bouncing around in the engine bay anymore.
I have been in japan for the last three week and as soon as I head back to the states, I'm going to start my swap! wish me luck, I have everything that I need now.
