Yeah that is what I needed. My car got rear ended last week so I might not even need it anymore.

So a little update.

The car is totaled. I am waiting for GEICO to pay me out so I can buy the car back. Looks like I need to find another CRX or a civic hatch to put this beast in.

Good luck, sucks to get rear-ended shorty. Some how I missed the guy's questions with the distributor. I had to replace one recently and glad you figured it out, definitely sounded like that was the problem. My new Si smoked pretty badly after I bought it and was throwing a code for one of those sensors in the distributor... so I tossed in the distributor from my 90 hf that i saved before the z7 swap and now the smoke is mostly gone. Now the only thing still ailing me on the new baby is the sunroof falling off track and the left side turn signal coming on with the right as if the hazards were on. I changed out the icu and it fixed the fact that one of the right signals wasn't working... but now i noticed this hazard type problem. I think this icu might be bad as well.

Geico? Ugh, good luck with that. They are reputed to be horrible to deal with when you have to get any $$ from them...

Well update.
I just got paid by the Gecko. The gave me 3986USD after buy back and California's 7.5% cut. Since the engine is not CA Legal. I will not be going in another car to drive on the roads here. I am looking at picking up an 89 Honda Civic Shuttle/Wagovan as a DD right now as I made a promise to the wife that the next car we get would seat four adults comfortably and would be AWD, Diesel, or both. I am going to register as a CA driver and this motor will sit for the next two years until I can finish my Degree and GTFO of CA or I can finally afford a real DD. I hate this state. I will work on a harness to drop this baby in the Shuttle, and may use it as a weekend rally thing if a permanent DD is worked out.

The wife wants me to get a WRX 2009-2010 hatchback (MPG sucks though) or a 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactive manual transmission hatchback (Not AWD). I must say that the Skyactive gets CRX mpg (28 city and 40 highway) and is the closest thing to driving a CRX in recent new car model years. Sadly, I cannot afford either right now.

This what the engine does in a stock HF -> www.youtube.com/tenoki
