Yeah, that sounds possible. All three of those units (both O2 sensors and the speed sensor) run through the same part of the harness, over the transmission housing below the dizzy on the passenger side. Some pothole! Got it fixed?

The braket is very tight on that wiring It is very possible it has shorted out. I took off the air filter box and was able to reach the bolts on the bracket. I need to remove the bracket and the wiring to get a closer look. The wind is so strong here today the power is out at the house and I was afraid to prop the hood or else it might be smashed into my windshield. Most likely pay my local gas station for an hour of lift time this monday.

I was driving around today and the drivers door started to rattle, I noticed in my mirror the door was not 100% shut. At speed I opened the door and slammed it shut, It lined up now.

I got to my friends house and I was trapped inside the car! I climbed out of the other side of the car. I was able to open it after a few pulls. I replaced the 3 screws added threadlocker and a washer on the bottom screw.

Crazy! I had issues locking the driver's door in my Forester. I messed with it and it locked open. I ended up paying a mechanic, who charged me $300 and called me to come and get my car less than an hour later.

Yes I got lucky! I had that heart sink feeling the door was forever stuck!

I guess the door was slammed one to many times in the past 23 years and the screws unscrewed themselves!

My local Junkyard has got an Insight! I pulled the wheels and tires, got 2 Potenza RE92's and 2 off brand tires, all 4 looking decent. Anything else I should pull before its gone?

Everything! Pulling parts is back-breaking work, but that is a risk that I am willing to take!

New Rotors and Pads installed, rear brakes cleaned and parking cable adjusted. The BridgeStone tires turned out to be bad. I pumped em up to 50PSI and drove around for ~5 miles and went back to the house to work on grill blocks, POP!! BLOWOUT! scared the **** out of me.

Put the 2 better Cooper Tires on the front and the other 2 good ones on the back, 185/65/14 Cooper on the front and ??? 175/65/14 on the back. might switch them around to see if the other tires have less road noise.

My brother drove the car around today and got 33MPG last year same trip he got 27MPG
