Donkey, I'm sorry to bother you, but I can't for the life of me find your post on how you did your wheel covers. Can you please link me to the post? The next project after my VX tranny swap and axle replacement /alignment will be wheel covers. So your insight would be appreciated.

@ The donkey CRX you get about double the fuel economy I do but we are neck and neck at the #6 spot % over EPA.

We have been switching from #6 to #7 with every tank!

You are clearly the winner but the race is on!

Dave, Thanks for the comments. I too look at the ranking by EPA numbers and realize a lot of you are way ahead of me when it comes to getting the maximum out of your cars when compared to the "level field" measurement that the EPA number gives us.

Of course, now I will have even more incentive to work on this number also.

Thanks that was it guys . Also I'm impressed with the 80+ mpg, you are beating most insights and they are hybrids!

I'm #4 in percentages over EPA and #12 in overall MPG. For the first time I dropped out of the top 10 this summer. Normally I am up in the 67-68 MPG range in 90 day averages by now, but this summer has been one of experiment and maintenance, so I'm only at 66. ...

I noticed that, too! I was so proud to finally get the White Gnat up to 64.34 mpg, the highest it's ever been, and am only at 14th place!!

That MULE VX is really setting the standard for us!!
