Almost 32 MPG (in a truck!)
Last tank of gas came to 31.95 MPG!
Considering that at least half that distance was carrying a 400 lb motorcycle plus other gear in the back, that's sounding pretty good!

Wow, nice, more so with cargo.
I had 1995 GMC Sonoma, 5 speed/4 cylinder when I was in college, and I think I once hit 32mpg. I normally got 30mpg highway, and around 25 in town, before I ever heard of hypermiling. Of course, when I had it, I was also incensed at paying $2 for gas, too.

Very nice indeed. 
I've often wondered what I could get out of my crew cab if it was 5speed and still had the 4.3L and 4x4....hmmmmmmm....something to dream about tonight

Not bad at all considering a chunk of that was also getting me back to the airport on time at speeds higher than "normal" - though I think we only passed a couple of cars. :P
Some of that would have been offset by the P&G work around the hotel.

yeah its totally doable, I can pull down 35mpg in my Colorado pretty easy, my wife consistently pulls 29-30 mpg and she isn't the best at driving for MPG's.. she's still trying to catch me at 35mpg

Actually, Darin said I was doing a pretty good job of things - just keep doing more of it!
I swear, all the roads right around the hotel were downhill - in all directions!

I just did this in my 1998 2WD Frontier Pickup on a trip from Seattle to Boise.
The combined EPA is 24 for this truck and I averaged a pleasing 33 MPG over the entire trip. I can make it to boise on 1 tank of gas (just barely, but I can make it).
Saved me $50 for the trip in gas alone.
Sweeet. I sure miss my 1993 Geo Metro that I gave to my bro-in-law about 2 years ago.
