...kind of a "flat" front windshield, otherwise, good attempt at streamlining.

They don't come much blunter than that!
I like the pusher prop in the back. I wonder if they were thinking of extra thrust from the exhaust heat of just filling the last bit of wake?

...from my model airplane days, I immediately thought "...ducted propellor?"
...probably a closed/sealed engine compartment with underbody air being "pulled" through the radiator.

And Chris -- if the fan is meant to blow air back over the engine; it looks like it is mounted backwards? The curve of the blades would help them move more air if it was unbolted and flipped to face the other way...
[Edit: oh, wait, this is at the back of the car, and the fan is blowing out through the grill... The radiator is the gray-ish panel at the top of the picture (near the radiator hose!) and the whole compartment is an air plenum. The fan pulls the ait through it and blows it out the back -- putting the compartment in slight negative pressure.
It all makes sense, now...]

Neil -
Thanks! I see it now! Not sure why I didn't see it before... but I see it now.
Rather clever design... suck the air up from bad zones and use it to fill the wake behind the car.
