Another boattail + rear wing

A 'dumb' bomb into precision weapon conversion company used their CFD aero analysis & manufacturing disciplines to investigate viability of another two-seater plane-car concept. Nice packaging, fugly commuter.

They might consider a non-flying variant. If you lose all the flight surfaces she makes a sleek little trike. With FWD she'd have a cabin hold for groceries.Maybe 90-mpg? Aptera watch out!

Fugly, but probably a good MPG commuter car if it had it's wings clipped. I wonder if they have looked into the X-Prize for funding. I am more interested in the San Diego wind tunnel they used :

Their experience in retro-fitting folding/conformal wings into any weapons package shows true-tested capability in this aero car concept. The flying dynamics of 'their' packages has proven stable & dynamically controllable, therefore the addition of their 'wing' suite can be simply added to an Aptera.

Ha ha, I've always considered the Aptera to be an airplane fuselage.
