Man, Congratulation!! It is not an easy number!! and you got a good deal on gas station, too!! My gas station is still $4.31/g. I will work harder for this tank. I hope I can break 40. I start EOC today in town when I am alone. Feeling good on brake, but the steering is harder. Hey, how to resume the motor more smoothly? I use 5th gear and release the clutch slowly, still shake the car....

Yeah gas went down 20 cents, I have no idea why. But I was very surprised that I still had another gallon in the tank. EOC with automatic is easy, and I mainly use it for waiting at RR crossings.
I don't have any aero mods either, so much potential, but driving is the main "mod" of success! Ahh, the tailgaters.

I am doing very good this tank. Already have 200miles but consumes only 3/8 tanks. hehehe.... sure, I can break 40mpg. I tried few more miles EOC before going to freeway. Feels good and have better control in restarting the engine by clutch. However, still don't feel safe to use this technique on a busy freeway.

EOC is almost useless around here because whenever a hill goes down it comes right back up again. Try to get 240 miles at the halfway mark!

Ok, here is a little video... I was on the highway playing around coming home from a friends house the other day and you all had asked about my gear ratio's with the bigger wheels...
Well, My GPS (when I started this) was at 56mph... and i let it run down to 50 (before I shut the car off to drive down my exit and then downhill to my apartment...)
Have at it kids

they are two tenths of an inch SMALLER in total diameter from stock, and a full inch wider... not to mention a total of 3 lbs HEAVIER than stock... they should actually be hurting me
Mind you im running Nitto Neogens, which have a very odd tread pattern, and dont have a lot of rubber that actually contacts the road...
yeah, the speedo needle is off, but the tach is dead on...
and just a little FYI for you 1nz-fe drivers... try to keep it under 3k RPMs whenever you can, at 3100 rpms the VVTI sensors react and the computer advances the timing, opens the valves more, and sends ore fuel

That is a good information. I never know 300rpm is the sweet point. So, you shift every 2900 or 3000rpm? I know you can drive much faster than shifting below 2000rpm.
