I saw one of these outside a Lowe's in San Clemente (California) last week, but it had Mexican plates (Baja California, I think). Still, Mexico is North America. Caught my eye. I'd check them out, if I were in the market for a car.

Unfortunately when considering a small economy car, this wouldn't be even within range of the Hubble.

Shame, it's a decent car. Much bigger than the old Suzuki they based the Geo on. Drives well, big interior, kind of fun. If only the interior quality were a bit better, like the other Koreans.

Guess I'll just have to keep my '95 Geo Prizm a few more years and improve the aero package.

When I was in Germany I rented several cars, one of which was a Spark. I was not impressed, my grocery bags barely fit in the back, in two layers, and I like to point out that I am 6'2". I was supposed to take a silly girl a few places, but I ended up driving much less than I had expected, just much angrier. However, I did not put any gas in it and they did not complain.

Can anyone in Florida tell me if it has snowed there in the last few years?

Well, apparently these cars are now available. GM reported for July 2012: "Chevrolet Spark deliveries were 1,460 in its first month on sale."

Just saw one at a Gresham, Oregon car dealer, and another in Milwaukie while visiting a friend. Both were green.

I saw one too - in town, on Friday. Same radioactive green as the one at the top of this thread. It had a dealer plate on it.

Don't ask my why I find this car interesting. I guess I've always had a soft spot for the runt of the litter.

I stopped by the dealer, but there weren't any others on the lot. (Two Volts in the back row though, which was also interesting.)

Saw one southbound on I-95 in Maryland last Saturday. Had a crazy color. Meh.
