answering questions

for UltArc:
We should be able to get a navigator for you. Does the Mustang have street legal tires? If they are not stock size, then you would go in the modified stock class. They must have legal tread depth. Donut spares are not allowed. We have no E0 fuel, but if you brought a supply with you, then you could run in the exhibition class. The Modified Honda Insight would probably be the better car to bring. It would run in a modified class. If you have a private email address, I can send you a copy of our 2014 rules. Send me a message at green grand prix website

Also, We have no particular definition for unusual or particularly interesting entries. They will be considered on an individual basis by our Board of Directors.

Ditto... If I could take time off to do this a weekday co-pilot would definitely be an issue. Also, traveling a couple hundred miles to the event with fuel and gear leaves little extra room in the Centurion - it's pretty spartan... This sounds like a great event barring the above. A Spring warm up would help too - there's a small glacier blocking the Centurion's escape route!

Green Grand Prix navigators

Thanks. I hear you loud and clear. We are usually able to enlist a few local volunteer navigators for the Green Grand Prix. I'll see what I can do and report back to this forum. It will take a couple of weeks to recruit, but we still have time. - Bob Gillespie

5 cyl

Sure,
We will create a categoy for 5 cyl if we have at least 2 of them. Otherwise we can put one in the exhibition category.

I'll be there

I plan on attending this year, sounds like a good time. Now if I could just get someone to follow me down the rabbit hole....
I'll be bringing the Civic VX, glad I don't have to compete against the Insights and Metros, there is some stiff competition there. anyone else interested in forming an ECOMODDER contingent at the race?

Penn Yan??

I never knew it was a city we had an old tunnel hole out in HI.
It was slow But when everybody else was running for the docks we stayed out fishing. It was a Brutal boat very sea worthy.

I'll be driving down in the Stang, drafting underscore_22, who will be in the Insight.

Competing in the Stang with him as copilot, can't wait!
